Installation
- Download Cisco Jabber for Windows.
- Double-click the downloaded CiscoJabberSetup<version number>.
- Read the notices and disclaimers and then click Accept and Install.
- You may have to wait for Cisco Jabber to be installed.
- Click Yes to allow Jabber to install software on your computer.
Start Conference Call
- Select the contacts to include in the conference call from your contact list, and then right-click the contacts, and then select Start Conference Call.
- Click the phone icon for a participant.
- Click the Join button to add the contact to the conference call.
- Repeat Steps 2 to 3 for each participant.

The Softphone mode is simply an additional feature of the Cisco Jabber service. Using the softphone feature, you can use your computer to place and receive calls and video calls directly from your computer with no need for a physical desk phone. The softphone feature is available on PC, Mac, and mobile devices.
