There is no need to shut it down, it's part of the PlayStation Store.
As of 31st January, 2020, 23.59GMT, the SingStore servers will be shut down. All online functionality, network features, and digital music downloads will be immediately disabled. You will still be able to play and enjoy these games in offline mode.
The PS3 has been hacked before, but Sony was able to inhibit the hack with an update to its own firmware. But the latest PS3 break is being dubbed unpatchable and the final hack. That's because this hack isn't giving you an exploit to use against a programming hole.
Before you rebuild your PS4's database, rest assured that the process doesn't delete any of your saved data, it simply reorganizes and freshens up your system's files. Select the “Rebuild Database” option, making sure you don't accidentally select the “Initialize PS4” option since that will erase all your data.
Restart your PlayStation, head to Settings> Account Management and click Accept Terms and Conditions. Head to Settings> Network Settings> Media Server Connection, click to disable media server. Go to Settings> User> Login settings and checkbox The box says “Log in to PS4 automatically”.
How to clear your cache on PS4
- Completely turn off your PlayStation 4 console.
- Wait until the power indicator light on the front of the console stops blinking.
- Unplug the power cord from the back of the console.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into your console.
- Turn on your PlayStation 4.

How to rebuild your database
- Power off your PlayStation 4 and do not use rest mode.
- Hold the power button down until you hear two quick beeps.
- Connect your DualShock 4 controller to your USB-A slot in the front of the PlayStation 4.
- Scroll down in the menu until you reach option 5, Rebuild Database.

- Choose “Set Up Internet Connection” under the Network menu in Settings.
- Select either Wi-Fi or LAN Cable.
- Choose Easy on the next screen.
- Select your Wi-Fi network and enter password.
- Select Next to continue.
- Test Internet Connection in the Network menu to test if PSN Sign-In is successful.
Low space on the console creates smaller room for the system to operate hence causing it to slow down. Freeing up some space will help improve the speed of your system. From the main screen, navigate to Settings > System Storage Management and the select any of the categories below to view more information.
Initialize PS4. Initialization of your PS4™ system restores system settings to default values. It deletes data saved on system storage and deletes all users and their data from the system. Data is not deleted from USB storage devices that are connected to your PS4™ system.
Go to [Trophies], press the OPTIONS button, and select the [Sync Trophies With PSN]. Insert the external storage device you'd like to use for the backup into one of the PS4™ USB ports. Go to [Settings] > [System] > [Back Up and Restore]. Select [Back Up].
Sony has been taking steps to retire the console since last year. It released the last first-party PS3 title in October. Still a sad news for fans who continue to game on the PS3, though. After the production stops, the company is bound to stop rolling out updates and supporting its titles on the PS Store, as well.

Reset the Video Output Settings
Unplug the power cord of the PS3 and television (or display) from the wall socket. Make sure the HDMI cable is connected to the [HDMI OUT] port on the back of the PS3 system. Connect the other end of the HDMI cable into the [HDMI Input] port of the TV or display monitor.From the top level of the PlayStation 3 Home Menu, go to Settings > [System Settings] > [Restore Default Settings]. Once you select [Restore Default Settings], you will see a list of settings that will be restored. Scroll through them and press to restore the settings.
1 Boot the PS3 into Safe Mode
- Connect the controller with the USB cable from the PlayStation.
- Press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until it has shut down.
- Release the power button.
- Press and hold the power button again until you hear two short beeps.

Reset the Wireless Controller
- Locate the small reset button on the bottom of the SIXAXIS or DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller near the L2 shoulder button.
- Use a small, unfolded paperclip or something similar to click the button (the button is inside a tiny hole).
