Once accepted, it can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks (21 days) to go from acceptance to approval, and this timeframe is unrelated to how, where, or when you filed, nor is it connected to how quickly you got your refund last year. If your refund is still processing, it has not been approved.

What does the status “Your Tax Return Has Been Received and Is Being Processed” means? This means that your tax return is received by the IRs and it's in the process. It will show you the refund date only when the refund has been approved and the IRS has finished processing it.

Centrelink has confirmed that tax returns can be garnished even if the person with a robo-debt has a repayment plan and is chipping away at their debt. However, it said in a tweet that "this won't happen if a debt is paused while under review".
To view and print the notice of assessment:
- Login to your myGov account and select ATO.
- Click Tax, Lodgments, Income Tax, then the History tab.
- Find the year you are after and select the drop down arrow next to that year.
- Click 'View copy of notice of assessment', and open the PDF.

The IRS expects the first EITC/ACTC related refunds to be available in taxpayer bank accounts or on debit cards by the first week of March, if they chose direct deposit and there are no other issues with their tax return. So EITC /ACTC filers will not see an update to their refund status for several days after Feb. 15.
