- Ensure you have your desired language set in appleid.apple.com.
- Set your iPhone to the desired language.

- Force close Music app.
- Sign it back.

Set the device language to Traditional Chinese. After the language is set, go to Settings -> iTunes & App Store, tap on “Apple ID” then choose “View Apple ID”. Once signed in, choose “Country/Region”, then “Change Country or Region”. So, just tap “Next” at the bottom and accept the Apple policy.

You have to have a credi card register to a valid address in that country's store to purchase from it. Launch the App Store app, tap the featured tab, swipe to the bottom of the screen and tap on your ID. Tap View Apple ID, enter your password, go down to Country/Region to change the store. Thank you!
You can change this setting later at any time. It doesn't affect the AppStore. The region setting will affect the availability of certain features which aren't available in all regions yet such as Apple Pay and Apple News. Apple News is only available if you set your region to Australia, UK or US.
You should only use a single Apple ID and then change countries for that ID (which you can only do every 90 days). Note Apple requires you be present in the country for the store you are using and that should be the country of your primary residency. Apple confirms this using the address for the credit card.
First, you will not lose any content that you have purchased. But, since Apple Music is a subscription service, you will lose access to the content in the US Apple Music Subscription, however, as soon as you subscribe in CZ, you will have access to all the content in that Apple Music Subscription.
