As of June 18th 2020, Freeview moved the Pick TV +1 channel from channel number 92 to channel number 11. Freeview users can watch the Pick channel in standard definition. However, for anyone wishing to watch in HD, Freesat channel 147 provides high definition viewing.

Re: No HD catch up ITV hub, All4 and My5? It is simply a decision from the supplier of the players ie ITV , C4 or C5 respectively not to provide HD content. BBC Iplayer , BT Player have provided HD for many years ( and indeed some 4K content) as of course the Netflix and Prime Video Players do.
The pace of change in broadcast technology and the transmission costs associated with broadcasting 15 additional versions of BBC One in HD on the various broadcast platforms are two of the main reasons cited by the BBC for not moving ahead with HD transmission for the BBC One English regions.

ITV generate income from these HD versions of channels being Pay TV only, and their carriage deals will likely prevent them making them FTA on other platforms like Freeview.
Channel number: 103This is ITV. To view this channel through an aerial on a Freeview TV, you'll need a Freeview HD or Freeview Play TV/set-top box and for the channel to be available in your area.
How to Watch BBC One in USA | 2021 Update
- Sign up for a VPN (virtual private network) Service with British servers.
- Download/Install the application for whatever device you need.
- Connect to your VPN using a UK based Server.

Freeview states that if after a retune you can't access BBC channels on the usual numbers (such as 1 for BBC One, 2 for BBC Two), then you may need to have your aerial replaced. They advise contacting the Freeview Advice Line on freephone 0808 100 0288.
Freeview won't pick up ITV: What can be done? First of all, check if there is any damage to your antenna – this is a common problem that often requires a repair. Check your equipment and cables for any damage. If there have been updates, you should carry out another retune to your Freeview channels.
You need HD TV, HD Setup Box, and HD subscription to watch High definition broadcast. You can use LCD monitor, projector and a HDMI cable instead HD TV to watch HD broadcast but HD Setup Box and HD subscription is must. You can see hd broadcast but won't get HD TV reception through other means.
If the signal quality is less than 50%, this indicates that your signal is too weak to receive this channel. If your signal is too high this could also cause the issue. You could try connecting your BT TV box to another aerial port in your home (if you have one) to see if this makes a difference.

- Go to TV Signal and Quality and select Restore Hidden Channels.

How to find the frequency information you'll need to do the manual retune
- Open the Detailed transmitter information (opens in new window).
- Enter your address details in the postcode and house no boxes.
If you suddenly lose a channel, the first thing to try is re-scan for channels on your TV. If that doesn't work, unplug your antenna, re-scan, then plug your antenna back in an scan again. Sometimes that helps clear your TV's memory so it can acquire the new channel.

To be classed as "true" high definition, we encode in at least 1280x720 resolution or 720p.
