Uninstalling Sidebar.exe from your computer
- Open Control Panel.
- Under Programs, click Uninstall a program.
- Now select Turn Windows features on or off. Turning off Windows Gadget Platform.
- Uncheck the checkbox for Windows Gadget Platform and click OK.
- Reboot your computer.
- Right-click Windows Sidebar in taskbar.
- Click Properties.
- Choose Start Sidebar when Windows starts in Windows Sidebar Properties, and then click OK.
