For example, when I'm in a big training and race block, I eat more carbs. But generally, it's whole, unprocessed foods. I typically have oatmeal, granola, banana, and peanut butter for breakfast. If I'm heading out for a ride, I'll have toast with avocado and eggs beforehand.
