Ellie nearly died as a result of the poisoning until Chuck administered the antidote. Although she was in a coma during this time, Ellie became the first person Chuck told about his secret life.
In the season five finale The Return of the Ring, Blair chooses to be with Chuck and they make a pact to ensure they end up together. In the series finale New York, I Love You XOXO, the two get married. In the time jump, they have bought a townhouse in the city together and have a son, Henry Bass.
The season five arc with Morgan having the intersect turned out okay. Yes Chuck (Zachary Levi) gets the intersect back in the final episode but that was too little too late.

In the transition from Season 2 to Season 3, Casey quits his job at the Buy More at the same time as Chuck, only to be re-hired along with Chuck and Morgan less than a year later when it once again becomes a useful cover.
In "Chuck Versus the Other Guy", Shaw took Sarah to Paris where he drugs her and attempts to kill her. Casey and Chuck arrive, and whilst Casey deals with the Ring director, Chuck shoots and was thought to have killed Shaw, saving Sarah's life. What happens in the last episode of Chuck?
At the end of Monday's season 3 finale of Better Call Saul, Chuck (Michael McKean) apparently decided enough was enough, and instead of continuing to face his daunting demons, he gave into the darkest instinct of them, taking his own life by literal lantern light.
After being saved by Morgan and Devon from Daniel Shaw, the team is out of harm's way and Chuck finally meets with Ellie to explain his spy life to her. They decide that after they have taken down The Ring, Chuck's spy life is done. Team Bartowski is able to capture the Elders and expose Shaw.
Cult action comedy Chuck ended its five-season NBC run on Jan. 27, 2012. With similarly beloved series Veronica Mars being revived as a movie through a Kickstarter campaign, EW called up series co-creator Josh Schwartz to see if there would be any chance for Chuck fans to see a return to Buy More.
