The film, which takes inspiration from the "Old Man Logan" comics storyline by Mark Millar and Steve McNiven, based in an alternate future, follows an aged Wolverine and an extremely ill Charles Xavier who defends a young mutant named Laura from the villainous Reavers led by Donald Pierce and Zander Rice.

Since Magneto isn't an X-Men it's unlikely he was present in the X-Mansion during Charles' seizure. That said, his whereabouts in Logan is never stated, with the most likely answer being that he's dead.May 15, 2020
Caliban appears in Logan portrayed by Stephen Merchant. Before the events of the film, Caliban helped the Transigen Project track down some of the last remaining mutants but left when he saw the horror caused by his actions, and he went into hiding with the very mutants he helped track down.
