Getting the Leaf Wings appears to be pretty simple, you just need to spawn the Witch Doctor in the Jungle biome. They cost 20 gold 1 plat to purchase. He also sells a Tiki Totem for 2 plat, which is another aesthetic pet.
The Leaf wings were also nerfed, however I think the nerf should've tackled the method of obtaining it rather than how good the wings are. They are tied with Angel Wings and Demon Wings. You'll still have to go back and farm many, many more wyverns as you upgrade your wings to new ones (such as Frozen and Butterfly).
The Steampunker is a Hardmode NPC vendor. She will appear once the player has defeated at least one mechanical boss and has a vacant house for her.

The Wings are superior in pretty much everything other than horizontal speed. It's not to hard too use the wings to hover in place. The Hoverboard is great for kiting but I'd personally go for the wings. I prefer the wings, though the hoverboard is useful if you get used to it's mechanic.
Wings have a variety of origins: Some can be crafted, a few can be purchased outright, one is an Angler reward, a few are dropped directly from bosses, and one is gifted to every new Journey Mode character or found in chests and crates.
The Soul of Flight is only used for crafting Wings and the Hoverboard, which are advanced movement accessories. The only way to obtain Souls of Flight is by killing the Wyvern and Arch Wyvern (console) mini-boss.
There is no housing menu in Mobile, but you can try making a house in the jungle, then making the Witch Doctor's house uninhabitable. Have you tried reading the article? If you make a house anywhere you want then place 80+ mud with Jungle Grass growing on them then it will become a jungle biome house.
Leafspeak is when a Leafwing has the power to control plants. Sundew has the strongest Leafspeak of all the Leafwings for the century of books 11-15 in the wings of fire series. Mandrake, Hemlock, and Belladonna and Hawthorn also have leafspeak.
Hardmode, as its name suggests, is essentially a more difficult version of the initial world. A world permanently converts to Hardmode after the Wall of Flesh boss is defeated for the first time.

Crafted AtTattered Fairy Wings are of the second-highest tier of Wings along with the Spooky Wings. The Tattered Fairy Wings are crafted from Black Fairy Dust dropped from a Pumpking during a Pumpkin Moon.
