1967 Pontiac Firebird. The 1967 Firebird was another GM creation that shared the Camaro platform. The first generation of Firebirds had a similar design to the Camaro with a “coke bottle styling.” Originally, GM had plans to create a sporty two-seater. The end result was a distant cousin to the Camaro.

Designed as a pony car to compete with the Ford Mustang and Mercury Cougar, it was introduced on February 23, 1967, simultaneous with GM's Chevrolet division platform-sharing Camaro.

Pontiac Firebirds are great cars, wish they would bring them back! I have a brand new Camaro and although my Firebird is older is still can keep up with it!!!! This is a great, fun to drive car that get lots of looks from people on the street because of it's styling. Lots of power and solid performance.
