The Fast Lane Plus is the only one of those passes that is worth it. By far the biggest lines in the park are for Behemoth and Leviathan, which are only available on the Plus pass. Getting a regular Fast Lane just lets you skip a bunch of short lines, and then stand in the longest ones with everyone else.

Wonderland is totally worth it if your kids will go on rides and roller coasters. The water park there is pretty good on it's own, but if you aren't roller coaster people I'd look into wild water Kingdom. You can get tickets online for a more reasonable rate to Wonderland.

We added on Fast Pass ($65 each, as we paired up with other people in line - would be $75 each for a group of 3 otherwise) and All-Day Dining (~$33 tax incl.). My opinions: Fast Pass - I would not visit Wonderland without it, as we only go once every 2 years or so.
