What is the best time to visit Majorca? The best time to visit the island of Majorca is between the beginning of July till the middle of September. As Majorca has a Mediterranean climate, this period has hot sunny weather that is comfortable for travelling. The rains start here in end of September and end by November.
Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are the main resorts that stretch across the north of the island. My personal favourite is Puerto Pollensa.

Best for…
It may be known best as a beach holiday destination, but Majorca has plenty to offer couples who want more than just sun, sea and sand. On the northern tip of the island, Puerto Pollensa is a great compromise between the two, offering picturesque beach settings and a pretty old town to explore.Majorca Hotels and Places to Stay

The most desirable real estate areas are the Old Town and peaceful Calatrava district, the bohemian district of Santa Catalina (with a great market, and numerous restaurants and bars), and the attractive old fishing village of Portixol. But it is true what they say about relocating to Mallorca: The lifestyle is great. Life happens outdoors for the most part, and consequently it is more social and friendly. It is also more local It can be an amazing adventure to relocate to Mallorca and the pros of life in Mallorca far outweigh the negatives.

Time to invest in mallorca property, hundreds of great investment properties. Real estate is a great investment option. It can generate an ongoing income source from the rental. It can also rise in value overtime and prove a good investment in the cash value of the home or land that you buy.
Magaluf is a coastal area of ??the Municipality of Calvià in Mallorca, the largest Island of the Balearic Islands, located to the east of Spain in the Mediterranean Sea. It is one of the most touristic places in Mallorca for its great offer of fun and hotels.
Magaluf, Santa Ponsa, Port de Pollensa, Port de Alcudia, Cala Bona, Calas de Mallorca, and Cala d'Or are your only choices for "authenticity". The rest of the island is too boring.
Places like Magaluf and Playa de Palma attract the youngsters thanks to the densely populated area of bars and clubs selling cheap drinks and hosting themed party nights. Megapark is worth a visit if you find yourself in Playa de Palma (S'Arenal). The ports are great destinations for a late night.
