As of this writing, no. Likely the Xbox 360 being a “last gen” console will not receive a Bedrock version. The now designated “Legacy Console Editon” on the Xbox 360 (and other specific console versions) will continue to get updates for now, but priority will go to Bedrock and Java versions.

If there's a close to none chance Minecraft will be deleted then it's simple: Minecraft won't die. As long as there is someone playing it then the game isn't ended. So until the world ends and video games don't matter I find it hard to believe this still beloved game will ever end completely.
