Best Nature for Gengar

Psychic and Psybeam are equally accurate, but the former is nearly 40% more powerful and seems like the obvious choice. Meanwhile, Psychic has a 33% chance to lower the enemy's Special. This is the relevant defensive stat for subsequent Psychics, so this move literally gets stronger the more it is used.
Gengar is one of the best attackers in Pokémon GO.It has a massive legendary-tier attack stat of 261, which ranks 10th in the list of highest attack stats in the game as of now.
Although Kadabra is an NFE, it is one of the strongest special attackers in the tier. However, unlike most other heavy hitting special attackers, Kadabra is also one of the faster Pokemon in the tier, outspeeding threats such as Sawsbuck and Charizard.
At level 42 Kadabra gets Role Play. At level 42 Alakazam gets Calm Mind. Role play might be useful against Ghost or Dragon opponent but I went for Calm Mind so I evolved mine before level 42.

Alakazam is a fairly fast Pokemon, with a base Speed of 120. This gets even better with its incredible base Spec. Attack of 135. This proves quite useful for Alakazam, as most of its moves are Special.
In Red and Blue, Kadabra, like all Psychic-type Pokemon, is rather powerful, learning moves like Confusion, Psybeam, and Psychic. Meanwhile, Haunter is sad, as it's Ghost-type moves do no damage to Psychic types, leaving it weak to them thanks to it's Poison typing. So, in Red and Blue Kadabra wins.

What Pokemon is Kadabra weak against?
kadabra is a psychic type Pokémon. psychic type pokémons are strong against fighting, poison, ghost pokémons but weak against bug, shadow pokémons.
The best moves for Alakazam are Confusion and Psychic when attacking Pokémon in Gyms. This move combination has the highest total DPS and is also the best moveset for PVP battles.
There is no way to evolve a Kadabra, Haunter, Onix, etc. in any of the core Pokémon games without involving some kind of trade, and it's one of the things that Pokémon desperately needs to fix. You don't. There is no way to evolve a Kadabra, Haunter, Onix, etc.
>Role Play copies the opponent's ability, replacing its own with that of the target's. Calm Mind will increase both Sp Attack, and Special Defense, so you can hit harder. Most of the Pokemon you battle do not have any good abilities that are useful, forget great.
Overall, using Future Sight is not advisable. Future sight can hit dark types too cause it hits with typeless power. Though that is for gen 2-4. But if you are playing gen 5 onwards then Don't use Future Sight.
I recommend keeping Reflect. It's far more useful than Disable since it boosts your whole team's defence (and longer when you use a Light Clay), I used it to save my Kadabra's ass many times on my latest Pearl run through. Once your Kadabra learns Psychic you're never going to use it or Psybeam again anyway.
A Timid nature is preferred, as it enables Gastly to outrun Modest Gastly and all Natu, but a Modest nature is useful for hitting incredibly hard right off the bat. Specifically, Modest Gastly will 2HKO all Porygon with Sludge Bomb.
Unfortunately, Alakazam is quite average, not to say bad, as a gym attacker/defender in Pokemon GO. Alakazam's strongest move set is Psycho Cut and Psychic, both of which are Psychic moves. In the current generation Alakazam's attack are Super Effective against a limited number of Pokemon: mostly Bug Pokemon.
Adamant is better only for Physical attackers, for Special attackers like Alakazam Timid and Modest are the way to go.
This is Abra's most effective and most common set, utilizing its revenge killing abilities to the fullest. The
Focus Sash +
Magic Guard combination means that only multi-hit moves, such as Icicle Spear, are capable of KOing Abra in one turn.
Revenge Killer.
What you need to do is level it up to level 16, where it evolves to Kadabra and learns Confusion. You can do that by putting it out first then switching then Abra will gain Exp.
Kadabra (Japanese: ????? Yungerer) is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation I. It evolves from Abra starting at level 16 and evolves into Alakazam when traded.
What is the evolution of Abra?
To do this you will need to trade your Kadabra as the only for him to evolve is through a trade. Once you do this the person on the receiving end will see your Kadabra evolve into Alakazam which will then require them to trade him back and give you an Alakazam.
Abra can be found in Routes 24 and 25 just outside of Cerulean City. The easiest way to catch one is put it to sleep, preferably with sleep powder, and throw balls at it until you catch it. If you don't have a sleep inducing move, you only have one turn to catch it before it teleports away.
Kadabra was banned from the Pokémon Trading Card Game in 2000 after illusionist Uri Geller sued the company for $80 million for infringing on his professional identity.
Hypno makes a much better Light Screener/Reflecter than Kadabra too. It also gets Insomnia, which is very helpful ingame.
Alakazam absolutely, utterly destroys Hypno in damage output. With the same moveset, its DPS is nearly twice as high, making it a vastly superior option for raids. Yeah, Hypno can survive longer which closes the gap a bit for gym battles, but Alakazam still does more damage before fainting.
The English name of the Kadabra line is based on words associated with magic, but the Japanese names were associated with famous mystics. Abra is named Casey, after famous psychic Edgar Cayce, while Alakazam is named Foodin, which is a reference to either Jean-Eugène Robert-Houdin or Harry Houdini.
Kadabra does not evolve through levelling, Kadabra is one of several Pokemon, like Graveler and Haunter, which only evolve through trade. Check out Bulbapedia for complete movesets, so you can be sure to evolve them as soon as your Pokemon has learned the moves you want!
Hypno is good. He can actually take hits and deal physical damage.
User Info: Shadowlynk. Obtain a Kadabra and trade it to a friend and get it back. When traded, Kadabra will evolve to Alakazam, so who you trade it to must trade it back to you so you have Alakazam in your Pokedex.
