I've been buying aviators since 1985 and can't tell a difference. BUT, if people think they are saving money, the majority of Ray Bans on Amazon are fakes OR from an Indian supplier (still fake). Actually I bought an authentic pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from Sunglass hut and they are made in Italy as well.
