Getting StartedTo send a Real ID friend request to another player, enter his or her Battle.net account name (an email address) using the Add Friend function in-game. The other player will see the pending request in their friends list, and if they accept, you will become Real ID friends with each other.

At the top right of the page, click "My Account" and log in with your Battle.net credentials if necessary.

If you don't have access to your email address or can't recover your account, contact us. Blizzard Phone Notifications makes it easy to recover your account if this happens in the future. Simply enter the code sent to your mobile phone to unlock your account. Blizzard Authenticator can prevent account locks.
How to Download a Blizzard Game
- Download and install the Blizzard Battle.net app.
- Launch the app.
- Log in with your Blizzard Account. If you do not have a Blizzard Account you can create one for free.
- Select the game you wish to install.
- Click the Install button to download and install the most recent version of the game.
Another way to locate your World of Warcraft installation folder is to right click on the World of Warcraft icon you use to start World of Warcraft and goto "Properties" then in the new window that opens click "Open File Location" or "Find Target..".
Windows
- Close Blizzard processes. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to bring up the Task Manager. Click the Processes tab.
- Navigate to the folder containing the Battle.net directory: Press Windows Key + R to open the Run dialogue.
- Delete the Battle.net folder.
- Run Battle.net and update the game to see if the issue persists.
Windows
- Open the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, select the icon for the game you want to uninstall, select , then select Uninstall Game.
- To reinstall, select Install from the appropriate game tab.
Open the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. Click the icon of the game you are trying to repair. Click below the title of the game and select Scan and Repair. Click Begin Scan.
How to Install WoW Addons
- Exit World of Warcraft completely.
- Download the addon you want to install. Make a folder on your desktop called “My Addons”
- Extract the file – commonly known as 'unzipping' – Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Verify your WoW Installation Path.
- Move to the Addon folder.
- Start World of Warcraft.
- Make sure AddOns are installed.

You can disable restrictions in the Parental Controls Dashboard. If you want to completely remove Parental Controls from your account, contact us.
To add someone to your friends list: In game, hit the letter "O". Hit the red Add Friend button at the bottom left of your list, and then type in the character's name or Battle. tag.

Since you don't need a subscription, or any purchase really, to play level 20 and under, you could simply be in the wrong WoW account. Each battle.net account can have up to 8 WoW licenses attached. No, they don't delete inactive characters. The character you're posting from is on Ravencrest.
We don't delete Blizzard accounts for inactivity unless they are completely empty, and it's been years since it was last used. It may be the case that you are using the wrong email, or worse yet, that someone gained access to the account and changed the email.
You cannot merge accounts. Moving a warcraft account will not move any items that are Blizzard account bound, pets, mounts etc. In some situations it is possible to combine Blizzard (Battle.net) accounts, by moving over the various game licenses from one account to the other.
Any help appreciated. You can still login the accounts without gametime to inspect which characters you have on said game accounts. At the battle.net client game tab, Account dropdown you can select which one to login to and then select your realm and see your characters.
Each Blizzard account supports up to eight World of Warcraft accounts. Each World of Warcraft account contains its own characters and requires a separate paid subscription. Aside from the character transfer service, which can move characters between accounts, there is no way to merge progress from multiple accounts.
Other players are not able to see your World of Warcraft account name. The name can only be seen on your Blizzard Account Settings page or when you are choosing which World of Warcraft license you want to play in the Blizzard Battle.net Desktop App or game client.
