There is no way to remove a focus lens from a warframe and put it onto a weapon - you need a new lens for your weapon. You can't regain the lens by forma-ing your gear.
- Get a lens for another school. Play Sorties and get a new lens or buy a Greater lens from the shop. But you can also trade these. Good luck.
- Install the new lens and gather points for the new school.
- Once you've reached 50k points, go to the Focus menu and unlock the new school.
Generally Naramon/Zenurik are considered top tier, Vazarin and Madurai mid tier, and we don't talk about Unairu. Zenurik: Energy-based school. Most useful general-purpose school, since 4 energy regen/sec is always nice. Naramon: Niche school centered around melee.
Focus Lenses can be obtained from Bounties given out by Konzu in Cetus, or Eudico in Fortuna. You will need to do that Level 20-30, and Level 30-50 Bounties to have a chance at getting these items. They can drop randomly upon completion of any stage of the Bounties. Focus Lenses can also be traded between players.
