No Screen Replacement and Still the Problem
- Restart the Phone.
- Go To “Call Setting“.
- Select “Incoming Call Settings”
- Torn ON the “Proximity Sensor” Option.
- in 99% of the Cases, this will Solve and Fix the Problem.
- But in Case if the Problem is Not Solved then Soft Reset the Phone and Check.
Check if values of proximity sensor change as you move your hand close to the sensor. Check light sensor as well. Whatever the result is, try and remember about any app you installed recently and remove them, and reboot the phone.

How to disable a proximity sensor on your Android?
- Turn on your phone, go to "Settings", then "System Apps";
- Scroll down the applications list to "Call settings";
- Tap "Incoming call settings";
- Disable a proximity sensor.
- Test your phone during a call again.
If it seems to be working ok, then it may be that the shattered glass overlying the sensor is making the sensor think something is right in front of it, in which case fixing the glass should be enough.
