Click the Start menu. Click File Explorer. Click This PC in the left side shortcut menu. Click Computer > Map network drive > Map network drive to enter Mapping wizard.
Folder Mapping. The Folder tab, which is available on the Define Mapping window, allows you to define translations of an object's folder location from the source system to a folder location on your Windchill system. You can define the folder mapping for each source system with which your Windchill system interacts.
Mapping assigns a drive letter to a shared folder. Then you can use the drive letter to access the shared folder as though it were a local drive. In this way, you can access the shared folder from any Windows program without having to browse the network.
Mount the Azure file share with File ExplorerNavigate to This PC on the left-hand side of the window. This will change the menus available in the ribbon. Under the Computer menu, select Map network drive. Select the drive letter and enter the UNC path, the UNC path format is \<storageAccountName>.
See drives in Windows 10 and Windows 8If you're running Windows 10 or Windows 8, you can view all mounted drives in File Explorer. You can open File Explorer by pressing Windows key + E . In the left pane, select This PC, and all drives are shown on the right.
Copy UNC network path (not drive letter) for paths on mapped drives from Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer, hold the shift button down, r-click on the file, and select "Copy as path". Insert a Hyperlink in the email and paste in the address field of the Hyperlink dialogue box. (Shortcut: ctrl-K ctrl-V + OK).

These are just a few examples of the many uses of GIS in earth sciences, biology, resource management, and many other fields.
MapServer is a popular Open Source project whose purpose is to display dynamic spatial maps over the Internet. Some of its major features include: support for display and querying of hundreds of raster, vector, and database formats.
To map a network drive from windows command line:
- Click Start, and then click Run .
- In the Open box, type cmd to open command line window.
- Type the following, replacing Z: with drive letter you want to assign to the shared resource: net use Z: \computer_nameshare_name /PERSISTENT:YES.
Just follow these steps:
- Press Win + E to open a File Explorer window.
- In Windows 10, choose This PC from the left side of the window.
- In Windows 10, click the Computer tab.
- Click the Map Network Drive button.
- Choose a drive letter.
- Click the Browse button.
- Select a network computer or server and then a shared folder.
When getting this specific error trying to map a network drive, it means that there is already another drive mapped to the same server using a different username. If changing the user to wpkgclient does not resolve the issue, try setting it to some of the other users to see if that resolves the issue.
In this example, we used Windows 7.
- Right-click the Computer icon and click on the Map network drive…
- Enter the IP Address of the Network Attached Storage or the router with USB storage device and click the Browse…
- Double-click on the IP Address of your router.
- Select the name of your USB Storage device and click OK.

How to add Google Drive to File Explorer
- Press Download in the Backup and Sync.
- Download Google Drive's Backup and Sync for Windows.
- The installation is complete.
- Backup and Sync start the configuration wizard.
- Enter your Google Account email address.
- Enter the password for your Google Account.
At the top of the ribbon menu, click on “Map network drive.” A drop-down menu will appear. Choose the “Map network drive” option. A new window will open asking you to choose a drive letter for your network folder. Go ahead and choose a new letter.

Bing Maps is still as committed as ever to offering fresh high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery. Bird's Eye imagery is also featured at Bing.com/maps.
