Cherry switch keyboards generally aren't water resistant unless they have some sort of box/membrane material covering the board switches and the base (only keyboard I'm aware of that does this is the Corsair K68 to make it spill resistant). So no, it's not water proof or water resistant.
Corsair keyboards are generally well-built; even the budget options have a decent build quality with very few issues.
