More generally, men and women prefer bigger cup sizes, namely C, D, and DD. Over six out of ten women (60.4 per cent) said that their ideal bust size is a C cup, compared with just over one in two men (53.6 per cent).
So, small back large cup. Thus, women who actually measure 26-30 inches around the back are classed as a "specialist small back size". So they either have to go to specialist retailers or just wear bands that are too big if buying from the high street.
32B and 34A are Sister Sizes . Sister Sizes are bra sizes that have the same cup size. So going to a 32B will keep the same size cup as 34A.

30A bra size is one of the smallest bra sizes. This is a rare size that is usually seen with women with small frames. A 30A cup size means that the band size is 30 inches and the bust size is 31 inches. The difference between the bust and band is 1 inch.
And when it comes to 32B bra size, it is on the small side of average. "B" cup is considerably small than average, and it is considered being small bra size. 32 is the band size which is the measurement around your chest, under the breasts where the band of the bra sits.
You'll find the tire size of your bike by looking on the sidewall of the bike's tires (have a close look just above the metal wheel rim surface where the brake pads touch). The “700†is the tire diameter and the “28c†is the tire width.
A DD cup = E for full figure bras, DDD = F, but if you are used to buying a standard bra that comes in cup sizes B-DD and no higher, there will be about a half cup size increase between the DD in a standard style and a DD/E in a full figure style.
28C is indeed the hardest size to find. They cover a sorely missed spot in the lingerie market: the small-band medium-cup size range.
The sister sizes are 36A (and 32C but that's still a Small), which corresponds with a Medium. Keep that in mind as we look at the individual styles.

Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Subtract the band size from this measurement. Use this number to determine your cup size according to the table below. Example: if your ribcage measurement is 31, and your bust measurement is 37, your bra size is a 34C: 31+3=34, so 34 is your band size.

A 30D is the same cup size as a 32C, or a 34B… and so on. The difference here is the band size, or length of the band. (And possibly how the cups are placed on the band. They tend to be spread further apart as the band gets bigger, typically).

The difference between the two measurements is 3 inches which is a C cup. A 38D would be a chest measurement of 38 inches and a breast measurement of 42 inches. The 4 inch difference in the two measurements is a D cup.
