It won't be legal though, afaik Keldeo is supposed to be shiny locked.
They can't actually tell if it was hacked, but they can make sure all of it's properties were legally obtainable in the games. They didn't do anything to delete or remove hacked Pokémon in these situations, they just wouldn't let you use them in these multiplayer parts of the game.
Powersaves is basically a device that can edit your entire game, Pokemon included. Genning can do that too, and IIRC generating Pokemon is also illegal.
Hacking a pokemon is illegitimate and be either legal or illegal (you hacked it). Breeding a pokemon with a hacked pokemon creates offspring. This offspring is illegitimate (because you used illegitimate pokemon to get it). It will be either legal or illegal based on whether the parents were legal or illegal.
Cloning doesn't create a cheating flag on the Pokemon. So, no, it won't get you banned.
Reshiram and Zekrom are able to be shiny when captured in Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire, respectively. Any shiny Reshiram or Zekrom originating from a game other than OR/AS is illegal.
No. Pokebank is made to stop hacked Pokemon from entering into Gen VI from previous generations.
Illegal abilities or moves
These moves are referred to as “legal”. If a Pokémon has a move or ability that it cannot learn naturally, it is hacked and cannot be used in competitive play. The folks at Project Pokemon have figured out a new system that Pokemon Home had implemented in order to stop cloned Pokemon and potentially hacked Pokemon. However, this could be easily circumvented by manually deleting the tracker value before sending the Pokemon to Pokemon Home.
There's an actual way to tell if it's hacked. To the left of the name, there's a blue hexagon. That's verification that it's legit. If it isn't there, it's probably hacked.

- You can't tell straight off, but there are suspicious things : Check the Stats of a Pokemon.
- For one, check where it was caught and check if it matches the place where it's usually found. For example, if a gyrados was found in iron island you know it's a hack.
- You can evolved shiny magicarp to red gyarados.

Members of the Pokémon Sword & Shield Discord server are claiming that they have been banned from online play, due to using hacked, unobtainable Pokémon in online battles, raids, and trades. It seems that simply owning these Pokémon doesn't trigger any ban, but taking them online in any capacity does.
The hacked Pokémon have also been causing other issues, as Pokémon Sword & Shield players have been banned for using hacked Pokémon online, even if they weren't aware that they were hacked. This means that people who received hacked Pokémon online can be banned through no fault of their own.
In the Switch version of Home, select Pokemon on the main menu and you'll be presented with a list of the Switch Pokemon games you own. Choose a title and you can move Pokemon from it to Home, and vice versa.
Pokemon home doesn't seem to care. Spacial rend, Roar of time Darkrai :^] In-game, it won't let you use these pokemons in max raids and such. I'm sure you know this but someone is apparently trading hacked Pokémon that causes your game to crash. Idk if it applies to gts but it definitely involves surprise trading.
Those who have encountered a hacked Pokémon in Pokémon Sword & Shield need to be wary, as users on Discord are reporting that they are being banned online due to using, trading, and raiding with unobtainable Pokémon.

Once your Switch has been banned there is no way to get it unbanned without replacing hardware or buying a new Switch. You can however play multiplayer again by using a LAN adapter that will allow you to play against your friends and other people online again via different servers.
Type: Null is unique in the sense that it can change type to be any type in the game. Unfortunately, you can't breed Type: Null so you're stuck to just having one for your playthrough.
You don't have to keep the hacked Pokemon, you can either release it or send it back to Wonder Trade.
A Pokemon's clone is considered by the game to be legitimate. Of course, that is if the original Pokemon is legitimate as well. Location (Was the Pokemon found where it should have been found?) IVs and EVs (You can use this answer.
No. You can hack one yes, it's just shiny locked means the chance of a legendary being shiny just before you fight it is zero.
You're mixing up legal with legitimate. You're entitled to that opinion, but cloning is legal. Unless a mon can't make it through the GTS, it's legal.
Shiny Locked Pokémon cannot be encountered as a Shiny if that particular encounter with them is Shiny Locked. Here's a list of the Pokémon that are Shiny Locked, by game: Black & White: Reshiram, Zekrom, Victini.
Sun & Moon, Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon: Zygarde, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Bulu, Tapu Fini, Cosmog, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma. Sun & Moon only: Nihilego, Buzzwole, Pheromosa, Xurkitree, Celesteela, Kartana, Guzzlord (these are not Shiny Locked in Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon)
You cannot catch W-Kyurem
Reshiram is shiny-locked and Kyurem can be shiny. Almost everything comes from Kyurem: EVs, IVs, Level, and Shininess. And if separated, they will be shiny, as long as the two Pokemon that were being fused are shiny.I downloaded a Pokémon creator app (Creatorpi) out of curiosity, where you customize a Pokémon, send it to the Sun and Moon GTS, and pick it up with your handheld. The Pokémon is said to be legal and usable in all online activities.
In the games, a shiny Pokemon tends to also have shining stars surrounding it, and it often makes a unique sound effect upon being captured. For the most part, shiny Pokemon have a color that is dramatically different than its non-shiny counterpart, so the shiny creatures really stands out.
