There, Betty told Archie that she just wanted to feel something, anything… And they kissed. Leading to the reveal to the audience that first Veronica and Archie are together in bed, and then Jughead is in the sex bunker with Betty.
Taken to Principal Weatherbee's office, Cheryl clarified that she was not guilty of Jason's murder, she loved her brother more than she did herself. She did, however, lie about the events of July 4th. She revealed that Jason's drowning was staged as he wanted to leave town without their parents following him.

No fan could contain their excitement when Cheryl was finally with Tony, and the scene where the guys rescue her from Sister of the Quiet Mercy was a tear-jerker. Clifford Blossom was revealed to have been Jason's killer, and Mustang as his captor. The motive was that Clifford had been in the drug business and he wanted Jason to inherit it, but Jason wanted nothing to do with it. Clifford killed Jason to stop him from exposing the family business.
The relationship between Jason Blossom and Polly Cooper was passionate and romantic. Nevertheless, their relationship ended in tragedy. They became engaged after learning they were expecting before Jason was mysteriously killed and Polly was sent to live in a group home.
Riverdale star Madelaine Petsch and her boyfriend, musician Travis Mills, have reportedly broken up after three years of dating. Although Madelaine and Travis have not publicly confirmed news, multiple “sources” reportedly told Us Weekly that the two have split.
