He easily defeats S-Class hero Puri-Puri Prisoner before engaging in a titanic battle with Genos. His speed was so great he could keep up with Speed-O-Sound Sonic and eventually defeats Genos.

"Awakened Garou" (???????, Kakusei-shita Garō) is what Black Sperm calls Garou after he transforms into a monster. Eventually, he nears his Completed Monster state, with most to all of his body morphing except for his face.
It was confirmed by the creator of One Punch Man, ONE, that Speed-O-Sound Sonic would have killed dehydrated Deep Sea King if he had his weapons. He gave no comment on who would win if Deep Sea King was hydrated and if Sonic had his weapons. However, currently, Sonic should win with no problem.
The two S-Class heroes that we know can take him are Zombieman, who using the VGS beat him by regenerating over and over again for a week until Kabuto ran out of stamina, and Superalloy Darkshine, who went full power against Kabuto's carnage mode for fifteen minutes, but eventually won.
