Morris Jackson "Mo" Brooks Jr.(born April 29, 1954) is an American attorney and politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Alabama's 5th congressional district since 2011. A member of the Republican Party, his district is based in Huntsville and stretches across the northern third of the state.
Alabama's 1st congressional district is a United States congressional district in Alabama, which elects a representative to the United States House of Representatives. It includes the entirety of Washington, Mobile, Baldwin, Escambia and Monroe counties, and also includes part of Clarke County.

The Magic City is the most recognized nickname for Birmingham.
