The Mystery Spot is a gravity hill, tilt-induced visual illusion. The illusion experienced by visitors results from the oddly tilted environment as well as standing on a tilted floor. These visual illusions include balls rolling uphill and people leaning farther than normally possible without falling down.
From the beginning of Supernatural to the end, both Sam and Dean met multiple demises. Sam specifically died a whopping eight times.
Supernatural's most recent episode was aired, and therefore also set, in March 2020, which would make Dean 41-years-old and Sam 36 years old (almost 37). Adding an interesting wrinkle to Sam and Dean's ages is the amount of time they've spent dead or otherwise connected to the afterlife.
Eventually, only Jake Talley and Sam are left, at which point Sam is stabbed by Jake. Sam dies in Dean's arms. In the aftermath, a desperate and lost Dean trades his soul to the Crossroads Demon for Sam's resurrection.

Thanks to another deal he made previously, Castiel can only die after experiencing true happiness. So in order to kill himself and save Dean, Castiel finally admitted his love for Jensen Ackles' character in an anguished, tear-stricken confession which led to his death.
The “how will he be resurrected?†death: Sam (“Beat the Devil,†Season 13, Episode 21) In Apocalypse World, Sam was dragged off by a vampire and his throat was ripped open. The others were forced to leave him behind, but it was only a question of how he'd be brought back — in this case, Lucifer — not if he would.
Dean dies after being stabbed in the chest by Metatron with an angel blade. Several hours later the Mark of Cain brings him back as a Knight of Hell. When Dean thinks Sam is dead, Dean overdoses on barbiturates and dies in order to talk to Billie the reaper.

Deaths. Castiel has been killed six times, once by Raphael, twice by Lucifer, once by the Leviathans, once by a reaper named April Kelly who was hired by Bartholomew, and once by the Cosmic Entity residing withing the Empty, and he is subsequently resurrected each time.
She is the first known child of Dean. She is also the second known supernatural, biological member of the Winchester family after Sam who is one of the Special Children. Emma is also the first person born into the Winchester Family since Adam Milligan in 1990.
Yet none of those names attracted the same vitriol that Charlie's death inspired. In effect, Supernatural sacrificed Charlie to push Dean towards embracing the Mark of Cain's violent influence, which in turn leads him to Death and releasing the Darkness in the season finale.
After Dean slaughtered Boris's nest, Samuel was able to prepare the cure for him. After Veritas revealed that Sam was lying, even under her power, Sam admitted that he let Dean get turned into a vampire as he knew about the cure and that they could turn Dean back.
