What station is the 100 on?
Directv DOES NOT CARRY THE CW IN HD. They only carry it in SD. That's on channel 25. The reason why Directv only carry's it in SD is most likely contractual.

WPIX Channel 11 is blacked out after its Dish Network's contract with parent company Tribune Broadcasting, expired. Dish said the Tribune "chose to black out" access to 42 local channels, including WPIX, in 33 markets as part of a dispute over rates. it wants to charge Dish. WGN America was dropped as well.
