The blender jar is made from Tritan resin, a BPA (bisphenol A) -free plastic. The jar lid, jar pad, and handle are made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) rubber. The blender jar wrap and base wrap are made of brushed stainless steel. The base wrap is made of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene.
Countertop blenders use a 1–2 liters (4–8 cups) blending container made of glass, plastic, stainless steel. Glass blenders are heavier and more stable. Plastic is prone to scratching and absorbing the smell of blended food. Stainless steel is preferred for its looks, but limits visibility of the food as it is blended.
The correct way to properly use a blender.
- Step 1: Plug It In.
- Step 2: Take the Lid Off.

- Step 4: Pour Water Until It Reaches the Top of the Ice.

Place the glass pitcher up-side-down on the counter. Now place a rubber 'O Ring' on the bottom rim of the glass pitcher (which is facing upwards, since the pitcher is up-side-down). Follow this by placing the metal piece with the blades on top of the 'O Ring' (so that the blades are inside the glass pitcher).

When Using a Pair of Accessories Beaters
- Insert the accessory shaft with the collar (A) into the larger opening (D) of the hand mixer as shown below. Align the flanges on the shaft with the slots in the opening.
- Insert the accessory without a collar (B) into the smaller opening (C). Align and push to lock into place.
First, attach the whisk to the gearbox and then align the motor part with the assembled whisk attachment and push the pieces together until they click. After use, unplug and press the release buttons to detach the motor part.
