Development. According to del Toro, there are nine Kaiju chosen and designed for the film, each one with its own personality and abilities.
Behemoth, also dubbed Titanus Behemoth, is a giant mammalian daikaiju created by Legendary Pictures that first appeared in the 2019 film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, as a minor Titan that obeys Ghidorah and later Godzilla.

Rodan is depicted as a colossal, prehistoric, irradiated species of Pteranodon.
Name. Rodan's original name, 'Radon', is based on the name Pteranodon, the extinct flying reptile that Rodan is primarily based on. The spelling of Radon in Japanese also corresponds to the name of Ladon, a dragon-like monster represented in Greek Mythology.
Despite surviving Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Rodan didn't come back for the next MonsterVerse showdown in Godzilla vs. Kong. Unlike Mothra and Ghidorah, Rodan made it through the final battle in Boston, where he bowed down to Godzilla and accepted him as the new alpha.
When they stared each other down after the battle with Mechagodzilla, Godzilla gave Kong a chance to challenge him again. But in dropping the ax, Kong sent a clear message to his rival; Godzilla is the alpha Titan of the MonsterVerse.
Rodan (ラドン Radon) is a winged Titan who appears in the 2019 Legendary Pictures film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. He is the first incarnation of the character to appear in an American-made film.
Also throughout the series, Rodan is shown to have an enormous crush on Mothra, constantly going after her love and attention. His love for her has taken him to great lengths in demonstrating this, from facing monsters much stronger than him to even attempting to sacrifice his own life to protect her.
