Yes you can but you may not want to. Movie theaters can have unexpected loud noises which can frighten a 3 month old. A fussy 3 month old in a movie theater is highly inconvenient to customers who pay so they can enjoy a movie. You can try drive thru movie theaters.

There are no hard and fast rules and you can take your babies to the theatre at any time. However, newborns are very sensitive and loud music or noises in the movie theatre can damage the baby's eardrum and may lead to hearing issues.
