Zubsolv will be given to you in one to four doses over the course of the day. If your doctor prescribes more than one dose on day 1, you'll likely take Zubsolv every 1.5 to 2 hours. On day 2, your doctor will prescribe one dose of Zubsolv. The maximum dose on this day is 11.4 mg buprenorphine/2.9 mg naloxone.

You cannot use nitrous oxide if you: Cannot hold your own facemask. Have pernicious anemia (a vitamin B12 deficiency) and take vitamin B12 supplements. Have had opioids within 1 hour prior to implementation of nitrous oxide administration, or have taken Methadone, Suboxone, or Subutex with the last five days.
