Orland Park Mayor Keith Pekau confirmed around 3:45 p.m. that three arrests had been made in the village in connection to looting. CHICAGO (WLS) -- Trick-or-treating will be allowed in Chicago this Halloween, with some restrictions, Mayor Lori Lightfoot said Thursday. Those going door-to-door cannot be in groups larger than six, must "keep it moving" and social distance. Lightfoot also outlined a new city event -- Halloweek.
