How to Get Free Gogo Inflight WiFi
- Connect to Gogo Inflight WiFi.
- Click on “Watch for Free” in the Delta Studio to watch free movies.
- Type in the captcha code and you will be asked if you have the Gogo app or need to download the app.
- Leave the App Store once Gogo takes you there.
- Repeat this process as many times as you need.
As of 2019, Gogo can be found on Aeroméxico, Aer Lingus, Air Canada, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, British Airways, Cathay Pacific Airways, Delta Air Lines, GOL, Hainan Airlines, Iberia, Japan Airlines, JTA, United Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Australia.
You may cancel your subscription by contacting Gogo Customer Care (via phone: 1-877-350-0038 or email: ) at any time. If you wish to terminate your subscription and avoid a charge for the next month, you must do so at least two (2) days before the monthly renewal date.

Make sure your device has an active internet connection (wi-fi recommended) Go to "My Movies" and select the movie you would like to save to your device. On the movie details page, select "Save Offline" (downloading a movie may take several minutes depending on your internet connection speed)
According to FAA, you cannot have your electronic devices in Wi-Fi mode while flying on an airplane because it will mess up the airplane's electronics. Because of all of that information, your "Gogo Entertainment" app will not work on the Kindle Fire tablet when you have it in Airplane Mode (No Wi-Fi connection).
Use T-Mobile In-flight
- Place the device into Airplane mode and turn on Wi-Fi.
- Make sure Wi-Fi Calling is set to Enabled or On.
- Select Gogo or the airlines Wi-Fi network.
- Open any Internet browser to go to the Gogo homepage.
- Select the T-Mobile Exclusive Pass for Unlimited Text and One Hour of Data.
- Tap Get Started.
To stream movies and music on the mobile phone or tablet you have to download the American Airlines app. You can get it on all iOS / Apple and Android devices for free. It's best to do this before you get to the airport so you know that you are all ready to go.
Gogo Monthly Subscription offers the best value for frequent fliers who want to stay connected regardless of their airline choice. This new option automatically renews each month and is available for $34.95. Once registered, passengers will have Internet access on all Gogo equipped flights.

Delta has publicly floated its commitment to offering free WiFi since 2018. “Wi-Fi should be free on all flights. I'm confident we will reach that goal within the next couple of years at speeds as fast as on the ground.”
Can I text on an airplane? Yes, but only using a Wi-Fi connection. The ban on using a cellular connection means passengers can't send SMS texts. Any communication has to be over Wi-Fi with a messaging app that provides similar functionality like iMessage, WhatsApp, or Viber.
Customers traveling on any domestic Delta or Delta Connection two-cabin aircraft equipped with Wi-Fi will be able to stream free movies and TV options directly to their mobile devices while in flight by using Gogo's video player app. The Fly Delta app will include an integrated player for iOS devices.
Prepare to be entertained on Delta flights – free of charge. Delta Studio offers up to 300 movies, 750 TV shows, 100 foreign film titles, 2,400 songs, 18 channels of live satellite TV on select aircraft and a selection of games on aircraft with seat-back entertainment systems.
Currently, the only U.S. airline that offers free onboard Wi-Fi is JetBlue. To connect to United Wi-Fi on your device, view available wireless networks and select "United_Wi-Fi." Launch your internet browser. If you are not automatically redirected to the United Wi-Fi Portal, type "" in the browser's address bar. Purchase an internet access plan, and enjoy.
Beginning today, T-Mobile is providing its customers free in-flight internet access through GoGo — a service used by Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, and United Airlines, among others. You will also need to have made at least one Wi-Fi call with your current SIM card on your current phone.
Delta DOES support streaming on some of their aircraft. Delta has been updating its planes with a newer version of their WiFi (2Ku). It's on all of their A319, A320, A321, A350 and most of their 737 and 757 aircraft. I use it all the time and rarely have problems streaming YouTube or HBOGo.
