Pickup can be scheduled over the phone or on Internet if you sign up for an account on UPS dot com. Shipping supply stores including UPS franchises will be open on Sunday also. Pickup drivers and shipping supply stores scan the acceptance of the packages. Delivery drivers do not.
There is no charge for this service for delivery; it will become the "new normal" for UPS Ground.
