Restart both devices —the Galaxy Buds as well as the smartphone. Remove the Bluetooth profile for the Galaxy Buds from your smartphone and try pairing the Buds to your device again. Go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. Re-pair the Galaxy Buds to your smartphone and check to see if both buds work as usual.
How To Restart Galaxy Buds
- Make sure that the Buds have enough juice in them before you attempt a restart.
- Put your Buds into the charging case.
- Close the charging case, and wait at least 10 seconds.
- Finally, take the Buds out of the case and check to see if they re-establish a connection to your mobile phone.
