No. I don't know how much we can stress this out, but – no, Hermione Granger is not Lord Voldemort's daughter. Plus, Hermione Granger has parents and Rowling clearly established both her heritage (she is Muggle-born, unlike Voldemort) and her family.

Percy Jackson is Better:One main point is that the Percy Jackson books have a lot of humor, while the Harry Potter books do not have that element. The humor incorporated into these books gives them an exciting aspect, while still sticking to the riveting plot.
The Harry Potter series is far and away the highest-selling series of novels ever. Written by British author J.K. Rowling, the series has sold at least 500 million copies, 150 million more than the next-highest selling series.
7–9: A great age to begin (for younger kids, consider reading aloud together). Read: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.
Mistborn is incredibly easy to read. Hell, the Stormlight Archives is pretty easy, too, despite its massive length. Sanderson does very well with his worldbuilding and reader accessibility. Just be warned - you may not have all your questions answered as soon as you ask them.
Way of Kings. Epic novel with a more complex magic system and a variety of characters. So if you want your fantasy served to you on a platter, Mistborn, if you want your fantasy a bit more mysterious, order in for Way of Kings. Mistborn has more focused characters, Way of Kings has more variety.
The Mistborn trilogy is much better, IMO. If you want to read Elantris at all, I'd recommend reading it first. Mistborn. Elantris is pretty depressing for 90% of it.
Feature film based on Brandon Sanderson's fantasy book about a crew of rebels with magical abilities that are trying to overthrow a nefarious ruler.
The Stormlight Archives is set to be two five-book arcs. Presumably these two arcs, while separated by a time-skip, will be tightly tied together. Mistborn was originally conceived as a “trilogy of trilogies” with stories taking place in three different time periods of the same world.
Hoid is not his original name; before telling Kaladin the story of the Wandersail, he claims he stole the name from someone he should have loved.

Definitely Mistborn, pulls you in harder than wheel of time. Wheel of Time is something epic that you grow to love. Mistborn is just another trilogy. A good one, but it's not special like WoT is.
The first Herald to be eliminated by Odium just so happens to be the patron of Kaladin's order, The Windrunners. If a replacement were ever needed, Kaladin is a perfect fit. Dalinar's connection to the Stormfather and his incredible abilities as of Oathbringer give him a special link to Honor's power.
Mistborn is a series of epic fantasy novels written by American author Brandon Sanderson and published by Tor Books. The first trilogy, published between 2006 and 2008, consists of The Final Empire, The Well of Ascension, and The Hero of Ages.
It isn't required, but it has more important connections to Words of Radiance and Oathbringer than most Cosmere stuff has between any other given series. You can enjoy Oathbringer without it, but it's FREE on Brandon's website in PDF form so the only reason to wait is if you just really can't wait for Oathbringer.
It certainly isn't as good as the first one but it is definitely worth the read. Think about the second saga as a fun series to read. Just picture the Mistborn world without having to analyze prophecies or trying to figure out all the plot points the first trilogy had.
