Formerly a standalone luxury brand that was founded back in 1909, Maybach is now a part of the Mercedes family of luxury vehicles with pricing starting in the high six-figure range. A Mercedes-Maybach is what celebrities or royalty might choose to be chauffeured in.

The 2019 Mercedes-Maybach S has a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) starting just over $170,000. The V12-powered S 650 will cost you around $200,000, plus another $1,700 in gas-guzzler tax.

With a length of 6499 mm, the Pullman is another 1053 mm longer than the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. The wheelbase is an impressive 4418 mm. The V12 biturbo engine in the Mercedes-Maybach S 600 Pullman has an output of 390 kW (530 hp). It has a displacement of 5980 cc and maximum torque of 830 Nm from 1900 rpm.
The Maybach Exelero was a one-off high-performance sports car made by Stola (now part of Blutec) in collaboration with DaimlerChrysler. It was unveiled at the Tempodrom in Berlin in 2005.
The new Mercedes-Maybach GLS600 will start at a shade under R3-million when it launches in South Africa. Revealed in November 2019 and billed as the “ultimate” variant in the Stuttgart-based firm's flagship SUV range, the new GLS600 4Matic will kick off at R2 939 800.
Armored protection includes integrated steel protection panels inside the body along with overlapping protection panels in critical areas of the car. The Guard also features armored floors to protect occupants from bomb blasts.

The 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 won't go on sale until late 2020 with a starting price of around $200,000. This makes it a bit more expensive than the Bentley Bentayga and recently-revealed Aston Martin DBX but far less than the Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
Maybach publicly unveiled the Landaulet at the Middle East International Auto Show around the end of November 2007 as a concept car. Limited production was confirmed in January 2008. In total, 8 units were made, one of which was owned by rapper Birdman.
The Maybach comes standard with two seats in the second row. These seats offer roughly the same level of adjustment as you'll find on a business-class flight, and the copious legroom means passengers can recline and stretch out on the adjustable footrest. The seats are heated, ventilated and massaging.
