It's such a affordable, good setting spray. It doesn't necessarily make you "dewy" but more your skin but better. It also keeps me nice and moisturized throughout the day. It's a favorite for me in the winter because it drops to at least mid to high 20s and it helps my skin not feel like it's cracking, etc.
