ORLANDO — Warriors center Kevon Looney is on track to return Monday night in Atlanta from a neuropathic condition that has sidelined him almost all season. “Loon is scheduled to play tomorrow,” Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said before Sunday's game against the Magic at Amway Center.
