As mentioned before, there is no confirmed release date for a new Avengers movie and Marvel has enough on its plate right now. This is the current line-up for MCU movies over the next two years: May 7, 2021 – Black Widow.
Cutting the credits scenes was the right direction for Endgame. The post-credits sequences have always been problematic for directors who want to tell one complete, tonally coherent story and have to contend with Marvel mandating, effectively, an ad for the next movie on their docket.
Everyone assumed Natasha Romanoff, a.k.a Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), died in Avengers: Endgame. After a brief struggle with her fellow Avenger, Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Natasha fell to her death to retrieve Soul Stone.
The 2019 superhero blockbuster, originally released globally in April, finally surpassed the global ticket sales of James Cameron's sci-fi film Avatar, which had held the record since 2009. All in all, Endgame has grossed $2.79 billion at the global box office, besting Avatar's total by only about $1 million.

Avengers: Endgame has no mid or post-credits scenes. For the first time since the MCU began churning out movies—21 in total before Endgame—a Marvel movie will end with no post-credits scenes (Update: This is no longer the case). That's probably a good thing.
Avatar also had a second theatrical release in 2010, less than a year after its initial theatrical release. Instead, Avatar's re-release came eight months after its theatrical debut, and over four months after its release on DVD and Blu-ray.
There is no traditional Marvel end-of-credits scene or teaser in Avengers: Endgame—but there is a little treat for patient fans who sat through the movie's very, very, very, long credits sequence.
