Undertale is highly replayable, Deltarune is not. Deltarune's soundtrack is under 31% that of Undertale's in length. There is considerably less gameplay to Deltarune compared to Undertale. A lot of Deltarune's game mechanics are taken directly from Undertale (if modified slightly).
Deltarune is a free download for Mac OS X and Windows PC. And its title, Deltarune, is an anagram of Undertale. But its website bears several warnings in lieu of actual gameplay or story details.
Sans appears as a cameo in chapter one of Deltarune, where he is found standing outside his shop. He informs the player he has already met their mother, Toriel, and asks them if they would like to come over to his house and meet his brother.

Introduction (also known as Survey) is the beginning part of Deltarune. Various questions are asked with the purpose of creating a vessel for Deltarune's world and identifying its creator. The introduction plays once until the game is saved for the first time. It can only be replayed on a new save file.

And when Kris shields Susie from the King in one of the game's final cutscenes you're not in control because your soul is almost vanquished. So at the end of the game Kris rips you out of himself to perpetuate the cycle of inevitable violence that exists between Humans and Monsters.
The long awaited sequel has finally been announced. Undertale 2 is expected to be released in 2020.

While their exact age is unknown, Toriel's mention that they will be going to college like Asriel in the near future means that they are a high school student, and therefore probably between 15 and 18 years old. They are the only student in their class who still wears stripes.
Summary. Ralsei is the Prince of Darkness in the Dark World. He is attempting to fulfill a prophecy in which a human and a monster play significant roles. Some fans say he is 13 years old while others say he is 14 years old.
Deltarune has some obvious parallels with Undertale, and Fox has said it is part of the series. However, he has also said he started work on Deltarune long before Undertale. The new game has more systems involved, nicer pixel graphics and even a deeper plot, which is why it has taken so long to finish.
So now we got the information that Frisk is from 5-16 years old. Let us go further. Pretty much every character is taller that Frisk, except Sans, Alphys, and Asriel.
Since the game is a virus, there are doppelgängers of every boss monster in a virtual version. These viruses aren't part of the game and can't be seen, heard or felt.
I recommend you don't use the uninstaller. Of course, many have since made light of the situation - particularly given users are greeted with the words "you will accept everything that will happen from now on" when installing the program. You can never uninstall Deltarune.
Last week, Undertale designer Toby Fox released a free new game called Deltarune, and you may be wondering if it's worth your time. Well, yes. Yes it is. It's also just as charming, funny, and impactful as Undertale, and I highly recommend that you check it out.
Chara will have a different dialogue or it will be the same dialogue again and the game will uninstall itself again? Nothing. Undertale doesn't keep track of how many Genocide Routes you've done- just if you've done one at all. So there's special dialogue on Genocide 1, Genocide 2, stop.

The more you know about Undertale, the more you'll catch in DeltaRune. But like I said, it's not a sequel, so you can play DeltaRune without having played Undertale at all and you'll still be able to understand and enjoy it. Some things will just go over your head.
Deltarune's first chapter released on Halloween 2018, and Fox plans to release the rest of the game in chapters as well. With that out of the way, Fox feels "very confident" he can deliver Deltarune's second chapter by the end of 2020.

CONCLUSION/TLDR; Chara is in fact slightly evil in a matter, but also has a good side. At the end of the genocide route, Chara says your actions brought them back. In other words, Hate brought them back. They're not the villain, they didn't kill everyone, they didn't start the genocide route: YOU did.
Kris is exclusively referred to using singular they pronouns, similarly to Frisk and Chara from Undertale.
You don't HAVE to, but Undertale is still a good game even if you're already spoiled, and if you like one, you'll like the other. So if you can, play Undertale first.
Kris is similar to Frisk, Ralsei is like Asriel, etc. Also, Deltarune is an anagram of Undertale. However, there are also theories that Deltarune takes place after Undertale's genocide run, or in an entirely separate parallel universe.
