When Mike's partner Jack arrives, he grabs Chucky's head and brings it back to the bedroom. Unbeknownst to him, Chucky's body sneaks through the air vent to follow the head, and breaks through the vent to strangle Jack. As Karen pulls Chucky's body off Jack, Mike shoots him in the heart, finally killing him.

Nica Pierce is a paraplegic woman, who became this way as a result of Charles Lee Ray stabbing her mother's stomach while she was pregnant.
Enraged by this, Chucky goes to kill Andy, but is subdued by Kyle. She takes Andy and runs through the factory, while Chucky tries to stop them. However, they jam an air hose into his mouth, causing his head to blow up and explode, thus killing him.
Curse of Chucky was originally thought to be a reboot of the Child's Play franchise but ended up being a sequel focusing on a new character, Nica Pierce. Chucky's full name, Charles Lee Ray, is derived from the names of notorious killers Charles Manson, Lee Harvey Oswald (assassin of John F.Kennedy) and James Earl Ray (assassin of Martin Luther King).
She lies Chucky down on her bed, saying that "a boy's best friend is his mother", but then proceeds to reenact the murder of her own baby with the doll by smothering him with a pillow.
