This was announced by Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo Puyat during an online presser on Tuesday, with Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap. “Bohol will be open for leisure travel, even those coming from GCQ [general community quarantine] areas,” such as the National Capital Region, she said.
