The heaviest Strongman deadlift is 500 kg (1,102 lb 4.9 oz) and was achieved by Eddie Hall (UK) at the World Deadlift Championships at the First Direct Arena, in Leeds, UK, on 9 July 2016.
Ser Gregor Clegane is the Knight of Clegane's Keep and the head of House Clegane, a landed knight and bannerman to House Lannister of Casterly Rock. Gregor is a freakishly large man and for this he is often called the Mountain That Rides or simply the Mountain.
Well, Bjornsson can bench press 500 pounds, squat 770 pounds and deadlift 925 pounds. That's a lot. He came in second in this year's World's Strongest Man competition, losing narrowly to four-time champion Zydrunas Savickas.
Thor Björnssonn, who plays Gregor Clegane AKA the Mountain, stands 6'9" tall while Kristian Nairn, who plays Hodor, stands 7'0" tall. So Hodor is taller on the show. But in the books, no one bests the Mountain who was written as 7'10" tall.
World's Strongest Man bans the use of steroids or other performance-enhancing drugs during or before competitions, but it's unclear how the organization tests its competitors and the frequency of the testing. He started the strongman competitions in 2011 and has since won the title of Iceland's Strongest Man.

Hafþór Björnsson (the Mountain) had a stunt double for the first time in Game of Thrones season 8. Played by Iceland native Hafthor Júlíus Bjornsson, the Mountain is someone you can't really miss.
Why The Mountain Was Invincible
The Mountain didn't die after being stabbed multiple times, and even being stabbed through the eye. That's because The Mountain was hardly man anymore. In season 4, he was poisoned in a trial by combat and left for dead. That's, of course, Sandor Clegane — the infamous Hound, whom we last saw back in season four, when he was Arya Stark's traveling companion. Back then, Sandor was badly injured in a brutal fight with Brienne of Tarth, and Arya apparently left him to die alone of his wounds. But Cleganes aren't easy to kill.
Robert Strong, the undead version of Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane, has generally been depicted on Game of Thrones as a purple lump with an ill-fitting helmet hiding his face. In this year's season finale, he removed the mask to terrorize Septa Unella — but we still didn't get a good look at his reconstructed mug.

This is true both literally (three different actors have portrayed him), and within the confines of the show, because he turns into a zombie (or something). It happens because the Mountain ends up fighting Oberyn Martell after Tyrion Lannister is accused of murdering Joffrey and requests trial-by-combat.
The Mountain was "killed" in the fourth season of "Game of Thrones" when Oberyn Martell stabbed him with a spear covered in a nasty, flesh-eating poison. He was brought back as "Ser Robert Strong," a silent, loyal monster with gold armor and red eyes.

hbogo.com So we know that The Mountain is still alive in some capacity. In the written series, Cersei writes to Qyburn from her prison cell and tells him to appoint a new member of the kingsguard — one that can serve as her champion for a trial by combat.
It is later revealed that The Mountain has been poisoned with manticore venom, a poison with which Oberyn had laced his weapon, and that he is slowly dying.
