Build Process
The Rally Fighter is street legal in all 50 states and upwards of 50 cars have been produced.To have your own, you would typically buy a Rally Fighter through Local Motors. You reserve a number for $1,000, pay $5,000 for a build date and walk away with a Rally Fighter for $59,000 after the build is complete.
Local Motors Rally Fighter
The Coil Brawler, the luxury off-road vehicle coming in Ill-Gotten Gains Part II, is no different. It is based on the Rally Fighter by Local Motors, but – you guessed it – not quite the same. The luxury 4x4 will be arriving in-game on the 8th of July, which is when the Ill-Gotten Gains Part II DLC will launch.
The Rally Fighter is an American automobile manufactured by Local Motors and introduced in 2009. It is the first car to be developed using co-creation design. The exterior design was submitted by Sangho Kim and selected through community votes. The Rally Fighter is street legal in all 50 states.
Strati is an electric car developed by Local Motors and manufactured in collaboration with Cincinnati Incorporated and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. It is the world's first electric car to heavily utilize 3D-printing during the production process. Strati is claimed to be the world's first 3D-Printed electric car.
Local Motors' value proposition:
Local Motors aims to target only a niche market and produce/sell just 2000 units before retiring that model. Their focus is NOT to build a million units; instead their focus is on an “economy of scope” instead of an economy of scale.Another new character that joins the cast is the Autobot, Crosshairs. He's this green Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. John DiMaggio voices this surly good guy.

One strange thing about Drift is that in robot form he is styled after Japanese cartoon samurais and yet in 2014 he was played by a Bugatti Veyron, an Italian supercar. In THE LAST KNIGHT, our samurai robot opts to disguise himself as a German, that is a black and red Mercedes-AMG GT R.
