350-450 gsm – The highest GSM paper is pretty much cardstock. This is the stiffest, sturdiest paper and is used for business cards and invitations.

Though some cardstock papers can (and do) have patterns, they are a bit different than patterned scrapbook paper. Cardstock is typically heavier and thicker than patterned paper, tends to have more texture, and is more likely to be embossed.

Oslo paper is a rough 9"Zx xz12" piece of thick white paper, commonly used by elementary students for arts and crafts. It is the usual choice for art project because of its sturdiness and thickness and is perfect for water-Based paint and felt-Tip markers.
Today, true vellum is expensive to manufacture, so the more economical process of plasticizing cotton to create "paper vellum" or "imitation vellum" is used.
