Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen John Lewis & Partners, Waitrose & Partners shop or Co-op shop for orders of £30 and over, or £2 if you spend less. It's a 7-day service, so you can shop with ease over the weekend.
John Lewis customers can now return their purchases to Waitrose delivery drivers at the same time as they receive their groceries. The service means shoppers can return clothing and home purchases without leaving the comfort of their own home.
Costs and timings
Click & Collect is FREE from your chosen John Lewis & Partners, Waitrose & Partners shop or Co-op shop for orders of £30 and over, or £2 if you spend less. Please note though, that you'll be able to collect your order during shopping hours but not browsing time on Sundays.Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we'll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
You can return an unused and unwanted item up to 35 days after you bought it, whether you bought it online or in-store, as long as you still have your receipt or proof of purchase (without that you'll get a gift card to the value of the item's current selling price). You can also return items to any John Lewis store.
To buy in person, pop into any John Lewis shop and visit the Gift List area. Your gift will normally be sent for delivery along with the rest, but if you'd like to gift wrap it and give it personally, you can take it away with you. The John Lewis Gift List service is independent of the main johnlewis.com web site.
Can someone collect on my behalf? We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your 9-digit order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

Standard Deliveries are taking up to 7 working days and this doesn't include Saturday's, Sunday's or Public Holidays such as Good Friday, Easter Sunday & Easter Monday. Public holidays are also excluded from our Next Day home service.
As part of the partnership, John Lewis is offering a mattress recycling service whenever an order is taken for a new mattress, whereby John Lewis will pick up customers' old mattresses and take them to one of its distribution hubs before onward transport to TFRG in Blackburn.
Items in your local store are now available to shop and reserve on our website. Just click the “Collect Today” button on the products you like, enter your postcode to check stock in your nearest store, then pay for your order online. We will reserve them in under 1 hour, and text you when its ready.
Parcels can be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm Monday to Saturday, we do not offer timed delivery slots. We do make some deliveries to both our CollectPlus stores and customers' homes on Saturdays, but not business addresses.

In line with the delivery options already available on Waitrose.com, the service is free if the purchase is over £50 and an order placed before 11.45am can be collected the next day. It is the latest move by Waitrose to ramp up its grocery click and collect service which has been available in 150 branches since 2009.
Any non-business service from John Lewis Broadband (apart from BullGuard) ordered on or after 10th June 2014 can be cancelled 14 days from the day after you sign-up for the service.
