No one can solo Legion raids at the moment, no matter how much HP and no matter how high your IL is. It's just impossible with the incredible amount of damage and debuffs going on. With the latest expansion, Legion, you can only solo raids up to the Warlords of Draenor expansion at level 110.
They get paid to play via advertising and (plot twist) yes, it pays their bills. That is not to say they don't find part time freelance work on the side. Unless they work at McDonalds a full time job will pay them more than playing WOW.

World of Warcraft's top competitive raiding guild [Method] is collapsing amid multiple allegations of sexual abuse and sexual assault against long-time member MethodJosh, as well as claims of sexual harassment and misconduct by co-CEO Sascha Steffens.
You can kill a boss as many times per week as you like, but only loot once per difficulty: once in LFR, once in Normal, and once in Heroic. Applies to all raid bosses of the following expansions: Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth, and Shadowlands, as well as Siege of Orgrimmar of Mists of Pandaria.
Moving into The Burning Crusade, we made the first of our raid structure adjustments, reducing the maximum size of the largest and most challenging raids from 40 to 25 players. This change had two objectives: Improve the gameplay experience for the members of raid groups.
Sco has over 2,300 subscribers on his Twitch channel, which would earn him at least $8,050 USD per month, excluding revenue from tips, sponsorship and merchandise sales revenue.

If you see a level five raid but you don't have at least a few other players to tackle it with, forget it. For the level five raids, you need to enlist the help of a few buddies. These raids can range from around 30,000 boss CP to 50,000, and you will not be able to complete them solo.
No T5 or T4 raid can be completed solo - they just have too much HP and not enough time to be defeated by any 1 trainer.
If you are level 36 you should be able to do some 3 stars solo.
Level 3 & Up Raids Cannot Be Solo-edIt's best to wait for other players to join the lobby before attempting a 3-Star and up raid battle.
Niantic announced Genesect as the new one (for April 2020 after the Genesect Special Research), but they canceled the EX Raids. The only bad thing about these EX Raids is that you can not defeat the Boss on your own. You need other Pokemon GO players to join the EX Raids to defeat the Pokemon.
Nope, takes at least 5 and that would need to be 5 level 38 people. 7 seems to be the average number. It depends on the raidboss. Today I did a lvl4 Charizard raid with 4 others.
For all Tier 1 – 4 raids the raid timer is 180 seconds long. Tier 5 timer is 300 seconds long.
With the release of Mega Pokemon in Pokemon GO, Togetic is soloable! However, Togetic's bulky defense makes it one of the harder Tier 3 bosses, not necessarily at Shuckle levels of impossible, but you'll want to bring a good team of Level 35 counters from the list below.
10 Man is definitely harder. In 10 man if one person dies, as people have said above, you are basically boned. If one person isn't pulling their weight in DPS, again, you are boned, you may not reach the enrage timer. In 25 man, people will ALWAYS be carried and its more forgiving on people being lower on damage.
Any raid you do has a weekly lockout, meaning it can only be done once a week. If you start ICC 10m Normal and kill the first boss, you are locked to the Raid on Normal for the entire week, you can change it to 25m Normal but it will still be normal.
You can run them as many times as you like if you join someone else's instance of the raid, but you can only loot each boss once per week per difficulty.
Strict instance-based lockout raids do not allow to switch between 10 and 25 player size.
SoO onwards you can do normal, heroic and mythic, as blizzard used SoO as the testing grounds of the WoD raid difficulty system. ICC though Cata raids if you did a raid on 10 man it would have a different lock out then 25 man but yes the heroic and norrmal for these raids within the size setting were the same.
Current raids can be done with 10-30 people, so do it with 10 if that's your preference. That does not include Mythic however. Mythic is 20 man required.
Some raids share their normal/heroic lockouts. Any raids that are prior to siege of orgrimmar have a shared lockout. You cannot run it on multiple difficulties in the same week.
She resets every 5 days so Theoretically you can kill here twice a week every other week as long as you make sure to kill her the day before reset and then the day of reset.
It is always in 25-player mode, and its difficulty is the lowest offered for any raid in which it is available. Raid Finder gear level falls between five-player heroics and the Normal raid mode on the same tier.
There is nothing easier than LFR. It is designed to be the easiest current content.
If you ran a normal group finder raid (Under premade groups), you are most definitely locked out this week. If you used looking for group > raid finder. Then you shouldn't be locked.
To queue for the raid finder (LFR) difficulty of Legion raids once you are over level 110, talk to Archmage Timear in Legion Dalaran. He will have a dialogue option that will allow you to enter the raid finder version of any Legion raid.
The raid size and loot systems are the same as normal. Mythic raid is the highest difficulty level and it operates a lot differently from normal/heroic. The group size is fixed at 20.
The matchmaking-friendly Raid Finder difficulty opens a week later, on December 16, but you'll need to hit an average item level of 170 to be allowed in.
Looking for Raid (LFR for short) is a difficulty on its own, and is the only difficulty that you can queue up for through the random group finder.
Why Raid Finder Quality? The answer: None of the covenant gear can be upgraded to normal raid ilvl (capped at 197).
So just look for a Mythic group and join it, then queue together. Since nobody specifically said how yet, open your group finder and the three tabs on the left click on the group tab (third one). Then click on dungeon and find group and a list of available groups will appear.
