Langley, British Columbia (city) The City of Langley is a municipality in the Metro Vancouver Regional District. It lies directly east of the City of Surrey, adjacent to the Cloverdale area, and surrounded on the north, east and south by the Township of Langley.

- Take the subway from YVR-Airport Station Platform 2 to Waterfront Station Canada Line.

Major Step Forward for Surrey Langley SkyTrain
We're moving forward with a SkyTrain extension along Fraser Highway. It will connect Surrey and Langley, and the rest of the region. As the backbone of our rapid transit network, SkyTrain will offer riders fast, frequent, high-capacity service.Taxis are very expensive in Vancouver. It can cost around $20-$50 CAD for just a 15-20 minute car ride. There are signs in the airport that direct you to the Canada Line which takes you through Richmond and towards Vancouver. There you can transfer and take the Expo Line to downtown or elsewhere.
Taxis from YVR to Vancouver and Richmond have flat rate fees based on the destination area. Downtown Vancouver for example, is approximately $35 including tax but excluding gratuity. Major credit cards are accepted by taxis, sedans and limousines. All are queued outside of the arrival gates.

The Township of Langley is a district municipality immediately east of the City of Surrey in southwestern British Columbia, Canada. It extends south from the Fraser River to the U.S. border, and west of the City of Abbotsford.
120th Street marks the western boundary between Surrey and Delta. On the east side 196th Street is the Surrey and Langley boundary.
